1. Who we are
This site (the “Coaco Wholesale” site, in English and Spanish) is run by Coaco USA (“Coaco”, “we”, “us”). We print custom napkins, food wrap paper, tissue paper, labels and packing tape in the United States for businesses and institutions.
This policy covers information sent through this site. Other Coaco services have their own policies:
- Purchases in our retail store: coacousa.com privacy policy
- Orders we design, print and ship: COACO Design privacy and data handling policy
2. What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the quote or contact form, we receive what you enter:
- Your name, job title or department, work email and phone number
- Your organization’s name and type, the ship-to city, state and ZIP code, and the number of delivery locations
- The products, quantities, sizes and options you ask about, your timing, and your payment preference (for example, credit card or purchase order)
- Whether your organization is tax-exempt or needs a W-9
- Artwork files you upload, such as logos, and anything you write in the notes or message
- A shipping address, if you ask for a sample kit
Please don’t send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the forms. We don’t ask for them.
Information that stays in your browser. Your quote list and your language choice are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us unless you submit a form. See Cookies and browser storage.
Technical information. Like any website, the services that deliver this site receive standard connection details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to send the page to you. We do not use this site to build profiles of visitors.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
3. How we use it
- To answer your question or send the quote, proof, samples and paperwork you asked for
- To set up your account, invoice you and print and ship your order if you go ahead
- To follow up about that request or order
- To keep normal business, tax and accounting records
- To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations
We don’t sell your information, we don’t use it for targeted advertising, and we don’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to. We don’t make automated decisions about people with it.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and fill orders, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Website hosting: serves the pages of this site
- COACO Design, our own order system hosted in the United States, receives and stores what you send through the forms and emails it to our team (if your email app opens instead, the request goes through your own email provider)
- Zippopotam.us: looks up the city and state for the ZIP code you enter on the quote form; it receives only the ZIP code
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form; Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information for that check
- Google Workspace: our business email
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts this site uses; Google receives your IP address when the fonts load
- Shopify: delivers product photos from the coacousa.com image service
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) and payment processors: only for orders you place
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the last 12 months.
Links on this site to Instagram, coacousa.com and other sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The human check on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store a small token in your browser while you fill in a form; it is used only for that check.
It saves two items in your browser’s local storage: your quote list and your language choice. They never leave your device unless you submit a form, and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
Because we don’t sell or share personal information, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of; we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request all the same.
6. How long we keep it
- Quote requests and messages: as long as we need them to answer you and keep normal business records, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you
- Artwork from requests that don’t become orders: deleted within 12 months
- Orders: buyer details are removed from our order system as described in the COACO Design policy; invoices are kept as long as tax law requires
7. How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS. Only staff who handle quotes and orders can see your information, using individual accounts. Order data in COACO Design is encrypted at rest and backed up in encrypted form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it, as the law requires.
8. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information (we may keep what we must for tax, legal or order records)
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia) have these rights by law, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don’t sell or share it) and the right not to be treated differently for using their rights.
How to make a request. Email info@coacousa.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us what you would like us to do and the email address you used with us. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm details so we know the request is really from you. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our answer; we will respond to the appeal within 45 days.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page.
